Hello! My name is Linz and welcome to LT Body & Fitness. 


Getting in shape is not meant to be a torturous endeavour. There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded. When you sign up for online training with me, I will created a personalised workout plan for you which will include 3 or 4 workouts per week. This will be tailored specifically to you to help you achieve your fitness goals.
